What an awesome, kickass session! April came up with the idea of shooting their engagement at the Pleasant Hill Winery in Brenham… which let me say, I had no idea it even existed. Being from Austin originally, I knew there were a few vineyards west of Austin, but I honestly didn’t know any existed so close to Houston. Now that I know, I might visit them more often.
I was so excited about a vineyard being so close, when we got there for the shoot yesterday, I immediately bought a bottle of my favorite red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon) and put it in my car before we started taking pictures. And of course, before the shoot, we had to have some wine tasting… because dammit, we were at a vineyard!
Enough talk about wine and my excitement… now, on to the pictures.
